Several times a year the Studio organises weekend or week-long Pilates retreats in beautiful places in Poland and abroad.
We have been organising retreats for 10 years now!
Our weekly and weekend Pilates trips are ideal for anyone who wants to do something good for their body and, as a result, their spirit. Pilates is a unique set of exercises that are safe and effective for people of all ages and fitness levels. It is ideal for both those who practice sport on a daily basis – if they want to improve their performance, as well as those who just want to start “doing something with themselves”, and even people after injuries who want to regain their fitness.
We adapt the level of exercises to the fitness of the group, if necessary dividing participants into more and less advanced groups. This is so that everyone, regardless of their level of fitness, can make the most of the Pilates method. In addition, we offer Nordic Walking or Slow Jogging classes, which are great for both very active people and those just beginning their adventure with movement. In the evenings, we learn the difficult art of relaxation, gaining skills to better control stress, your body and mind.
We carefully select the locations and hosts for our stays and we pay great attention to delicious and healthy food, as we know that, like wise movement, it is an indispensable pillar of health.
