Physiotherapist’s and personal trainer’s care makes exercising with us safe and efficient.

At 2 different locations – Wrocław and Sokolec (the Owl Mountains) we offer Pilates in group classes and individual sessions. In our studios we have professional Pilates equipment such as Reformer, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel and Wunda Chair as well as some other small props.

Few times a year we organize Pilates retreats in beautiful places in Poland and abroad. Check out our retreats offer.
